Course content

Whether you are a beginner or a confirmed cook, LA CUISINE DU 15 is for you.

You are welcomed in small groups of no more than 6 to 8 people in a spacious, light and functional kitchen.

Each participant is given active demonstration and advice in making up the recipes. The work areas, set around a vast granite table, are equipped with everything you will need: chopping board, apron, knives etc.

At the end of the course, the dishes prepared are eaten together, in a friendly atmosphere and everyone is given a copy of the recipes.
