Started my cooking career in 1983, when the "L'ARBELETRIER" restaurant opened in Riquewihr, where I worked in the kitchens for 9 years.

From a "wynstub" (local vintner's restaurant) menu at first, over the years I attended many courses at the Lenôtre school in Paris or with eminent "starred" colleagues, moving on to more gastronomic dishes.

In 1992, I returned to my native village of EGUISHEIM, where the adventure continues with the creation of the HOSTELLERIE DU PAPE. Seconded by a team of confirmed professionals and with a more complete infrastructure, I began to diversify. With cooking demonstrations at the Festiga trade fair, the European Fair in Strasbourg or at the French Culinary Institute in New York, presenting cooking on German television or simply giving courses for the Hotel's customers, I have always been interested in transmitting the skills acquired over years in the catering trade, in a practical yet friendly way.

Daughter of a wine-grower, born in Eguisheim, the cradle of the Alsatian vineyard, at the age of 21 I was crowned "QUEEN OF ALSATIAN WINES".

With my two deputies, I spent a marvellous, festive year, invited to all the wine festivals in our beautiful region and many other prestigious events throughout Europe.

In 2000, I had the pleasure of publishing my first cookery book "La cuisine aux vins d'Alsace", Seven others have since followed.
